Now Hiring: IT Program Manager ECC Group is looking for an IT Program Manager to drive the future of IT learning by managing and optimizing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital education platforms. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities • Creating plans for developing the institution's academic programs and maintaining academic quality standards • Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of academic curricula, programs, and courses to ensure alignment with institutional goals, student needs, and industry demands for IT and Computing Fields • Ensure curriculum content, materials, and delivery methods comply with allrelevant accreditation standards, regulatory requirements, and institutionalpolicies • Evaluate existing curricula and make recommendations for revisions, additions, or eliminations based on data-driven analyses of student performance, enrollment trends, and feedback from stakeholders • Coordinate with new Instructors on any inquiries, suggestions, or clarification needed for the assignments or IT module overall • Check with Admission entry requirements and studying details for universities with IT Programs • Follow up on Instructors grading work progress and decide when to reallocate in case of delay, to ensure submitting grades on time
