Job Description
- Responsible for the linguistic quality of all projects handled by the company and making sure it meets customers’ needs and requirements.
- Motivating resources to perform their tasks with highest quality standards.
- Developing and monitoring new strategies for improving resources' performance.
- Participating in formulating strategic plans and decisions for standardizing, enhancing the work process and develop the company.
- Managing department cost and budget.

- Following up the progress of resources' objectives.
- Following up the implementation of orientation programs for newly hired employees.
- Supervising the annual appraisal process for the company employee
Job Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in the translation industry.
- Business oriented and have good business network.
- Professional in the use of computer software & applications.
- Perfect In English & Arabic Languages.
- Project Management Skills with proven Track.
