Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ERP Application Manager to oversee the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of our ERP system, with a preference for candidates familiar with Zoho ERP solutions. This role will involve close collaboration with an external development team to ensure the ERP system effectively supports the needs of our manufacturing operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP management, hands-on experience in the manufacturing industry, and the ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.

ERP System Implementation and Management
- Oversee the implementation, configuration, and integration of the ERP system, specifically focusing on Zoho applications.
- Ensure the ERP system addresses operational needs across departments such as Production, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR.
- Continuously monitor and optimize system performance, workflows, and processes.
Collaboration with External Developers
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and external Zoho developers.
- Define project scope, requirements, and timelines in alignment with organizational goals.
- Review and validate system enhancements and developments delivered by the external team.
Process Optimization
- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement, leveraging Zoho’s capabilities.
- Lead the integration of ERP functionalities to streamline manufacturing workflows and reporting.
Support and Training
- Provide training sessions for end-users to ensure efficient use of the ERP system.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate solutions with the external development team.
Data Management and Reporting
- Maintain data integrity within the ERP system and ensure accurate reporting.
- Develop custom dashboards and reports for various departments to support data-driven decision-making.
Compliance and Security
- Ensure the ERP system complies with data security standards and manufacturing regulations.
- Work with IT to implement robust access controls and safeguard sensitive data.
Project Management
- Lead ERP-related projects, including module rollouts, upgrades, and feature enhancements.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
Qualifications and Skills
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing ERP systems, with Zoho ERP experience strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows.
- Proven experience working with external developers or third-party vendors.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with manufacturing ERP implementations or system integration.
- Certification in Zoho ERP or other ERP platforms.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements relevant to manufacturing operations.
Soft Skills:
