Job Description
- Setting annual targets and objectives for the department and meet these targets with the department team.
- Setting and discussing the annual budget for the warehouses department.
- Create and implement warehouses development and objectives plans for short and long terms.
- Develop, evaluate, and improve the warehouses methods, procedures, and teams’ performances.
- Analyze the warehouses reports to solve the cause roots of all warehouses barriers and obstacles.
- Setting and develop coding and traceability system for all items and goods in all stores.
- Ensure to apply the safety, environment, accounting standards, material handling, and shipping requirements.
- Ensure regular physical counts and reconciling with the ERP system.
- Ensure the received material quantities are matching with the shipment documents and invoices quantities.
- Ensure the physical quantities are as in the warehouse files and items cards.
- Dealing with emergencies and unplanned warehouse issues.
- Provide effective proposals to reduce the warehouses costs and expenses.
- Review and verify shipping and delivery documents.
- Ensure the warehouse premises clean, organized, and neat.
- Ensure the Handle loading and unloading operations of materials, assets, and finish goods.
- Collaborate with the production, quality, maintenance, and industrial departments to increase the production rates, minimize the stock levels, and decrease the production time.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration
- Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager (in manufacturing or electrical industry is preferred )
- From 7 to 9 Years of experience at least 2 years as a Warehouse Manager
- Hands-on experience with warehouse management software, databases, and ERP Systems.
- Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
