Job Description
- Responsible for customising and modifying the current workflow for all Capiter's teams on the currently used system.
- Responsible for customising dashboards and reports on the current system to track teams' performance.
- Creating the Users and identifying the roles according to the hierarchy.
- Contact system account managers to agree on the payments, plans, and seats available to Capiter.
Job Requirements
- At least one year of experience as a system administrator or system optimization
- Experience as admin for Zendesk or Freshdesk is preferable.
- At least one year of experience as an analyst
