Job Description

Job Purpose:
Drive Basharsoft’s growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. Understand clients' recruitment needs and offer tailored solutions that leverage our platform. Meet sales targets and ensure client satisfaction.

 

Key Accountabilities:
 

  • Identify and target potential clients who can benefit from Basharsoft’s products (WUZZUF, Forasna) recruitment solutions.
  • Create monthly sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand prospects' needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
  • Present Basharsoft’s products (WUZZUF, Forasna) services to potential clients, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Follow up on leads generated through various channels to ensure a strong sales pipeline.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and features to existing clients.
  • Proactively suggest package upgrades that align with clients' evolving needs.
  • Manage the renewal process for existing accounts, ensuring timely and smooth renewals.
  • Contact clients with expiring accounts to discuss renewal options and secure continued business.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Regularly check in with clients to assess satisfaction and address any issues and mention the recruitment team to provide required support.
  • Conduct root cause analysis in case of dissatisfied clients and provide solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients based on trust and mutual respect.
  • Collect and relay client feedback to the product development team to inform new features and improvements.
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to expand your network and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and account statuses in the CRM system.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and client satisfaction for management review
     

Job Requirements

What you need to have:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
     

Language Proficiency:
 

  • Excellent in English Verbal and Written.
