Job Description
- Develop tender strategy.
- Review and supervise tender document legal and technical revision.
- Manage RFP and Tenders requirements within the FM scope.
- Manage tendering and proposal development with concerned departments.
- Coordinate the RFP issuing process in alignment with the commercial department.
- Develop Tendering policy and procedures.
- Manage tendering team with the department to meet the function.
- Manage tendering preparation needs (Technical site surveys, and technical proposal estimations).
- Manage Technical scope of services definition for new projects.
- Align technical training with the organization’s strategic goals.
- Create a training budget.
- Develop training programs that make the best use of available resources.
- Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering from a reputable university.
- Planning principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Problem Solving.
- Analytical Thinking.
- Think innovatively.
- highly proficient in numeracy.
- 5 years minimum experience in facilities management and operation & maintenance field.
- Able to manage people, budgets and a timeline and be able to influence outcomes.
- Delegate and allocate responsibilities efficiently to manage tasks efficiently.
- Ability to identify strengths and weaknesses of team members and suitably make changes if required.
- Very good technical skills in different fields (electrical, mechanical, LC, etc..).
- Ability to manage several tasks in a timely manner.
- Good knowledge in technical documentation and presentation.
- Very good in English written and spoken.
