Job Description
- The Customer success officer will own and manage customer relationships and ensure delivery of great service to clients.
- Provide clients with the necessary external and internal support needed for the smooth and efficient running of their activities, to assure that all terms and conditions of contractual agreement are well coordinated.
- Act as a single point of contact for the client and attends to customer issues promptly.
- Keeps account information in relevant files and databases.
- Handle & Follow clients through Emails, whatsapp & Mobile
Responsibilities:
- Answer customers inquires.
- Handel Customers requests
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow up with previous requests
Working conditions:
- 8 working hours including ½ hour break
- From 9 am to 5 pm
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree, graduates only
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Very Good Command of English language.
- Good computer skills, internet search, e-mail, social media.
- Excellent command of MS Office
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure
