Job Description
Conduct and develop Architectural designs and presentations.
Review construction documents and drawings to ensure the design criteria and requirements are met throughout the construction process.
Coordinate project details
Review client modifications to ensure each project’s overall design standards follow the company’s policies, standards, and regulations.
Conducting area analysis and contract data forms to accelerate the process of client modifications efficiently.
Establish and maintain good relationships with the company’s staff and clients.
Set a list of guidelines and optimum design requirements to act as a guidebook for future designs to maintain standardization.
Offering flexible varieties in design to adapt to different scenarios and applications.
Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise; through reviewing the tender DWGs & coordinate with all departments & consultant.
Job Requirements
- 5 to 7 years’ experience in general architectural practice, with a preference for experience working in existing building renovation and adaptive reuse.
- Professional degree in architecture.
- Collaborative and professional work ethic.
- Strong graphics, design, organization, and communication skills.
- High proficiency in the use of Revit and BIM platforms; familiarity with AutoCAD a plus.
- Excellent skills in 3D Modeling and Rendering (Rhino, Sketchup, 3dsMax, Lumion, and Vary).
- Outstanding graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite).
- Ability to communicate design ideas and solutions clearly and effectively.
- Basic knowledge of materials, construction methods, and building codes
