Job Description
- The Candidate should have knowledge about handling Air Export shipments:
- Gathering airline freight rates and negotiate till getting the best Frt. /terms / conditions
- Prepare & send offers to our target clients.
- Coordinating with our client to arrange booking, trucking & order the truckers.
- Prepare & send shipping declarations to airlines & trucking order to truckers
- Negotiate the best rates with Truckers & Customs Clearance agents & follow up with them to ensure smooth handling of our client shipments.
- Issue MAWB using Cargo Sport program and issue HAWB.
- Issue shipments’ Invoices to our clients.
- Co-operate with the Financial Dept. to ensure collecting payment of the issued invoices on time.
Job Requirements
- Experience 1 year in the freight forwarding , export by air.
