Job Description
- Prepare and recommend the Digital Marketing budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues, and areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, rectified promptly and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalised upon
- Supervises the day-to-day operations of Digital Marketing to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
- Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
- Plan and supervise the implementation of department’s projects to ensure that the project cycle is completed, meeting agreed project parameters (cost budget, timelines, scope and quality), standards and objectives
