Job Description
- Responsible for keeping track of all logistics process
- Analyze data through shipping and delivering
- Monitor logistics to make sure smoothly run
- Assist to resolve come up issues (e.g. delays, accidents, documentation, etc.)
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinated for logistics plans
- Ensure processes meet legal requirements
- Ensuring safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
- Ensuring shipments insurance correctly issued
- Follow up clearance process and transportation.
- Monitoring shipments costs.
- Coordination inland dispatching shipments
- Ensure effective and timely implementation of all Logistics daily operational goals
Job Requirements
- BSc degree in Supply chain or business administration or relevant field
- Knowledge of logistics software or transport management systems
- Good command of English language speaking, reading and writing
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time Management
- Excellent user Microsoft package
- Ability to create and maintain positive work relationships
