Job Description

  • Overall accountability for the design & implementation of high-quality HR projects, processes, and services.
  • Ensure the integration of HR solutions across business units and HR business partners.
  • Prepare and present specific strategies for learning & development and performance management.
  • Develop and maintain strategies aiming at performance improvement of individuals and increasing a High-Performance Working Culture in place.
  • Lead the development of HR service level agreements with business units.
  • Create and present business cases for the initiation of projects designed to increase internal customer satisfaction with HR initiatives, processes, and services. This includes budgeting and project planning & tracking.
  • Provide thorough leadership and best practice HR expertise to the entire organization.
  • Define annual HR strategy process cycle and dates including performance management, succession planning, workforce planning, annual salary reviews, etc.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of organization Strategy.
  • Overall accountability for HR policies & procedures and alignment.
  • Ensure adequate testing and piloting of HR solutions before rolling out.
  • Ownership of change management initiatives on behalf of the HR department.
  • Present HR consultancy to business units at a high level of professionalism.
  • Collaborates with HRBPs to ensure the application of HR processes and practices in a standardized way.

Job Requirements

  • At least 10 years relevant experience, including specific experience in talent management, and organizational development.
  • Strong project management and HR service delivery expertise.
  • Experience in communicating ideas and information through written proposals, reports and presenting these to top management.
