The Opportunity

We’re in the early stages of developing a brand-new platform, and you’ll join us at ground zero. This is a rare chance to shape architecture, influence product direction, and make a lasting mark on a growing company.

The Role

We’re seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer (5+ years of experience) who shares our People First values and thrives in a collaborative, high-trust environment. You’ll own features end-to-end—from database schema to polished user interface—and help us establish best practices from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, test, and maintain full-stack features
• Build responsive, accessible, high-performance UIs with Nuxt 3
• Design and manage database schemas and migrations
• Write clean, reliable automated tests for both frontend and backend
• Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and architecture decisions
• Champion application security, performance, and maintainability
