Job Description
- Manage existing accounts and establish new ones to achieve sales target
- Develop new products based on market researches
- Build and manage a successful team of agents, distributors, and sales personnel
- B2B sales and key accounts
- Lead generation
- Represent the company in exhibitions
- Recruit, retain and develop retail distributors
- Collaborate closely with sales operations to analyze results and identify opportunities
- Maintain and update customers' database
- Follow up with the production unit regarding orders delivery dates, and inform the sales team on late deliveries.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports related to orders, pipeline, new leads, and assist the Sales Department in all needed reports and analysis required.
- Determine the daily production priorities in coordination with Production Manager, Machine Optimization
Job Requirements
- 6 years + sales experience, Food industry is preferred
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Target oriented
