Job Description
- Save files and papers and sorts them electronically and on paper, in order to allow easy access to these archives.
- Participate in the process of examining files with the representatives of the departments inside the archive in order to facilitate access to the required documents and to rearrange the files again.
- Disposal of some archives that have expired in order to provide storage spaces in the archive.
- Prepare a statement of the vacant space in order to determine the extent of the archive's absorption of files.
- Prepare a guide for the archives in order to facilitate access to the required files.
- Follow up on the files that are delivered to the officials or authorities that request them and that have the right to view them in order to ensure that the files are returned to their place after the end of their need.
- Coordinate with those concerned in the human resources departments to complete the documents that must be kept in the files in order to ensure the completeness of the files.
- Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of kept papers and files according to their nature to ensure the confidentiality of data.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Knowledge of records management procedures and standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize.
- Highly organized, analytical, and attentive to detail.
- Proficient with MS Office program.
