Job Description
- Drive a performance-driven culture by facilitating SMART objective setting.
- Oversee bi-annual & year-end reviews, ratings, and calibrations.
- Design and implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)
- Lead leadership development programs & execute Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
- Facilitate succession planning and assessment centers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Development & Performance Management
- Excellent communication & persuasion skills
- Strong MS Office & project management skills
- Fluent in English
