Job Description

Aqarpedia is a leading real estate information provider based in New Cairo. Our mission is to provide accurate and up-to-date information to facilitate the buying experience for our audience. We work on statistical, analytical, and economic bases to gather data on real estate projects, top-selling items, news, statistics, and audience feedback. Our goal is to ensure that our audience has access to the most relevant and helpful information when making real estate decisions.

We are seeking a motivated and professional receptionist to join our growing team.  You will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and a professional demeanor.


 

Job Requirements

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly and professionally.
  • Answer and direct phone calls efficiently, using excellent phone etiquette.
  • Schedule appointments for agents
  • Manage visitor logs and maintain a secure work environment.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and data entry.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Provide basic information about available properties and company services.
  • May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
