Artificial intelligence & chat bot Account
The scope of the account is that we contact the customers (outbound calls) who had an unsuccessful interaction with the virtual assistant to resolve any pending problems that wasn't tackled by the virtual assistant the first time.
Work Conditions:
- 5250 egp (4450 basic net,800 kpis)
- Maximum shift ends at 7 pm for both males and females
- Social and medical insurance
- Free Mobile line
- Training paid
- 2 days off one fixed on Friday the other one is rotational
- Location : Maadi degla
Job Requirements
- Males and females
- Max age 32
- Graduates only / clear military status for men
- Fluent English speakers
- Soft & communication skills is a must
- Customer service experience is a must ( a year )
- Flexible with not having transportation
