Job Description
- Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery
- Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship
- Assessing the efficiency and speed of current applications
- Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team
- Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans
- Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software

Job Requirements
- Bachelor in software engineering, computer science or any other equivalent degree
- Experience with agile development methodologies including Kanban
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skill

- Ability to lead and mentor a technical team
- Hands on experience on products built following an agile approach
Specialized knowledge:
- Knowledge of full-cycle developing best-practices
- Knowledge of Django REST framework and MVC structure

Professional Certification:
- AWS solution architect
