Job Description
- Maintain and compiled general ledger entries on a short schedule with 100% accuracy
- Maintain and prepare Tax reporting activity (CIT, Payroll, WHT, VAT)
- Accurately documented all cash, credit, fixed assets, accrued expenses, and line of a credit transaction and review all transactions regarding Account payable and Account Receivable, and prepared prepaid expense entries.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly GL analysis reports regarding all debit and credit Balance and G&A Trending analysis reports
- Prepared quarterly and monthly financial statements (Profit and loss Statement, Financial Position statement, and direct cash flow statement.
- Set up and improve accounting systems and processes to meet business needs and maximize the effectiveness of operations.
Job Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in the same role. preferably experience dealing with projects
- Strong experience with financial reporting and taxes processing.
- CMA certification is a plus
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
