Job Description
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and other applicable safety standards.
- Safety training programs for employees at all levels.
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training sessions, and incident investigations.
- Develop and review emergency response plans and HSE policies.
- Prepare and present safety reports and metrics to management for review.
- Maintain and inspect equipment to meet safety standards.
- Lead safety culture development and continuous improvement efforts.
- Manage internal/external HSE audits and report on safety performance and improvements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Health.
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or similar certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in safety management software and tools.
