Job Description
- Communicating with customers before the tour to update pick-up timings and tour details.
- To stay connected with the customers during the tour, collect feedback and comments related to it.
- To make follow-up calls to the customers, check for their satisfaction, and request them to write a review about their experience with us.
- Analyze and resolve customer complaints, ensuring excellent service standards.
- Respond to customer inquiries efficiently, maintaining 100% customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- - 1+ years of experience in the Tours & Activities Industry.
- - Excellent communications skills, non-verbal, verbal and written.
- - Excellent English & Italian skills.
- - Strong negotiation skills.
- - Organization and time management.
- - Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
