Real Estate Agent

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our team at Tatari Investment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of the local market. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for prospecting and closing deals with potential clients. Fluency in Arabic and a basic understanding of English.

Responsibilities:
 

• Prospect potential clients to generate leads and identify sales opportunities in the real estate market.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the industry, including potential buyers, investors, and property developers.
• Conduct effective sales presentations to showcase properties and highlight their unique selling points.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate information about available properties, prices, and terms of sale.
• Coordinate property viewings and accompany clients during visits.
• Nurture and build relationships with clients to create trust and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate and close sales deals according to company policies and guidelines.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, targets, and achievements to the management team.
