Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our team at Tatari Investment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of the local market. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for prospecting and closing deals with potential clients. Fluency in Arabic and a basic understanding of English.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect potential clients to generate leads and identify sales opportunities in the real estate market.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the industry, including potential buyers, investors, and property developers.
- Conduct effective sales presentations to showcase properties and highlight their unique selling points.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate information about available properties, prices, and terms of sale.
- Coordinate property viewings and accompany clients during visits.
- Nurture and build relationships with clients to create trust and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate and close sales deals according to company policies and guidelines.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, targets, and achievements to the management team.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in real estate sales.
- Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficient in Arabic and basic understanding of English.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
