Job Description
- Lead and supervise quality lab operators to perform physical and analytical testing on raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
- Control and verify all test results, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and compliance with specifications.
- Investigate quality issues and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain and improve QC documentation, reports, and control plans.
- Train lab staff and ensure continuous improvement in testing practices and quality awareness.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Textile, and Industrial Engineering.
- From 0 to 3 years of experience.
- No military obligation for male candidates.
- A very good command of English is a must.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and data integrity.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Focus on teamwork.
