Job Description
- Coordinate job activity with required workshop drawings for each item and submit for approval before implement
- Ensure site foremen executes construction activities as per instructions, drawings and specs
- Ensure activity resources are available prior to start and submit inspections to QC
- Collect the site progress data for the company planner and cooperate with him to submit the updated time schedule
- Check the exact executed quantities in site to prepare subcontractor invoices
- Ensure subcontractors and suppliers adhere to deadlines and contract obligations
- Ensure site materials are properly secured / stored / cleaned and not wasted at beginning of activity
- Prepare the daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Register the site meetings and handle any instructions received from the owner or the consultant in site and check if there is any deviation between these instructions and the contract documents
- Coordinate preparation of the As built drawings with Tech. Office.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar field
- B.sc of Civil Engineer
- Excellent Communication analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English
