Job Description
- To achieve profitable sales results by effectively managing the store, creating an effective team of staff, and ensuring a high level of service
- Assist in defining short – term and long – terms strategies for the store and overall retail operations in line with the 25hospital strategy
- Assist in the development of the annual business plan for 25hospital from a sales perspective including sales goals and objectives
- Ensure that all staff adhere to relevant policies and procedures pertaining to the store operations
