Job Description
- Ensure patient access to services according to policies and procedures
- Follow up compliance for the process of patients receiving health care in accordance with treatment plans and quality standards.
- Enhancing clinical governance.
- Audit and follow up on the patient's medical file registration process.
- Support the Quality department activities related to the management of data, analysis and accurate presentation to support evidence-based decision making.
- Performs annual and ongoing risk assessment and monitors organizational compliance with all medical practices.
- Actively participates in accreditation process by taking responsibility for the coordination of specific chapters or standards.
- Support the Quality committee activities, and the specific agenda items as required.
- Communicates all appropriate information from quality activities to committees, accreditation team, departments and persons affected by these activities.
- Participate in educational opportunities related to the medical practice.
- Assist in the identification of problems that affects the Quality and safety of the services provided (clinical / non-clinical).
- Leads the development and implementation of case reviews for quality improvement activities including Focus review.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in medicine
- TQM Certificate
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
- Good in Ms office skills
- Experience in quality improvement model/program
