Job Description
We are An established company with over 12 years of experience in Kuwait livestock and meat delivery are looking for the ideal Customer Service Representative candidate who is responsible, loves talking to people, and solves problems proactively. With a strong background in using Odoo modules like (CRM, Purchase, Sales, POS, Inventory, eCommerce, and Accounting)
You will be responsible for communicating with customers in English and Arabic to help them navigate through our meat products, fix their complaints, and complete their ordering process.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Providing knowledgeable answers to questions regarding our meat products, their prices, and availability.
- Coordinate with internal departments to meet customer needs.
- suggest improvements for our online/offline shop to develop a better customer experience.
- Data entry and paperwork using our company system.
Job Requirements
- 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic to communicate effectively with our diverse client base.
