Job Description
- Basic understanding of construction projects and documentation system.
- Familiar with all phases of Project including Pre-Construction, Construction and Closeout.
- Preparing standardized document / drawing numbering system with maintaining internal company standards.
- Responsible for project folder set up, folder maintenance process, formulating registers and the point of contact for document.
- Liaising with and distribute project related information with the project team and potentially external parties.
- Provide support to Project Manager during Audit and as required.
- Prepare ad-hoc templates, reports on projects as required.
- Process and control of all project document types on day-to-day basis in an accurate and timely manner.
- Maintain quality documentation like Documents, Drawings, RFIs, incoming and outgoing registers.
- File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documentation.
- Following and improving document control procedures.
- Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards.
- Producing document progress reports for department managers.
- Helping in the planning stages of a specific project
- Collect and maintain files of the latest revision level documentation necessary to process work orders released by the planning department.
- Maintain site documents to the required quality standards, format, and review periods (working with document consultant / owners).
- Assign and track project document numbers and revisions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- Experience using Aconex EDMS is a must.
- Experience using MS Office and MS Excel.
- Good communication coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English.
- Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
- Collaborate and communicate with managers and project leaders.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize daily workload and meet deadlines.
