Job Description
Key accountabilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive training program for players of all ages and skill levels, including group and individual lessons, drills, and match play.
- Organize and run clinics, camps, and tournaments, ensuring that they are well-structured and effective in developing players' skills and love for the sport.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the program, including scheduling, equipment management, and communication with players and parents.
- Recruit and retain players for the program, including outreach to local schools, clubs, and communities.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions with players, parents, and staff.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in coaching, attending conferences, workshops, and seminars as needed.
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed, including proper use and maintenance of equipment and adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Staying up to date with trends related to own sport
Job Requirements
What do you need to perform your role:
To perform your job successfully, you need to have the following minimum requirements:
Education and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in physical education, sports science, or related field preferred
- Study in Sports Management is a plus
- 3:5 years of experience in the same position
- Obtaining the Certifications related to the sport
- Certification in coaching and mentoring
- Skills and knowledge:
- Up to date with best practices and trends in sports performance
- Always on the search for improvements and opportunities to bring all what’s new
- Basic knowledge in finance and budgeting
- Highly dynamic and agile
