Job Description
- Review pre-qualification requirements & eligibility criteria for prospective developers
- Evaluate developers’ Technical and financial offerings
- Responsible for sites selections and evaluation of locations proposed by prospective developers
- Coordinate with consultants to review any proposed changes in the project plan and ensure alignment
- with investment objectives
- Review, analyze and negotiate contracts with developers
- Ensure developers’ compliance with all contracting procedures
- Work with senior management to maximize commercial benefit of all contracts and effectively manage
- contract variations.
- Provide commercial support with bids and contracts to ensure robust pricing, risk management and
- governance.
- Facilitate resolution of contractual disputes with Developers while resolving contractual and
- commercial obstacles
- Provide Commercial, contractual and claims advice to the Operations and Project teams.
- Draft and negotiate strategic opportunity-specific commercial agreements
Job Requirements
Education& Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc), Construction Management or Civil Engineering
- MBA or Equivalent Certifications in Sales & Marketing or closely related field.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
- Excellent knowledge of business writing in English.
Experience & Background:
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in commercial management business Development & investment of mega real estate developments and new Urban Communities Development planning
- Proven experience in tendering, contract negotiation, administration and/or management.
