- Responsible for administrative and organizational tasks.
- Answering and screening telephone calls, and responding to letters, emails, messages, and other correspondence, prepare reports.
- Professionally greeting and receiving guests and clients.
- Attending executive meetings and prepares minutes of meetings.
- Maintain the executive's agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
- Dealing with correspondence, complaints, and queries.
- Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly.
- Maintain office procedures.
- Relay directives, instructions and assignment to executives.
- Maintain Databases of Clients & Contractors. and filing systems (archive), Develop a variety of documents, charts, and graphs in final form.
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
- Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence accurately and swiftly.
- Creating and organizing information, and generating reference tools for easy use.
- Operating and maintaining office equipment.
- Responsible for travel arrangements.

- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Excellent MS Office knowledge.
- Very good in English (reading – writing).
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Ability to work independently and interact effectively with all levels and a good team player.
- Very Organized person.
- Attention to details, self-starter & self-organizer.
