Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction: Act as the main point of contact for French-speaking clients, providing personalized travel itineraries and recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Tour Planning & Coordination: Design and organize customized tour packages, including cultural, historical, and leisure activities tailored for French-speaking travelers.
  • Logistics & Operations: Coordinate logistics including transportation, accommodations, local guides, and excursions to ensure smooth and seamless experiences for clients.
  • On-site Support: Provide on-the-ground assistance during tours, ensuring that the needs of clients are met and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Communication: Maintain strong communication with French clients pre- and post-trip, providing updates, information, and answering any inquiries.
  • Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with local vendors (hotels, transport companies, etc.) to ensure high-quality services for clients.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, destinations, and experiences in Egypt, tailoring offerings to French-speaking clientele.

 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Fluency in French (written and spoken) – Native or advanced level required.
  • Experience in Tour Operations: Minimum of 2 years working as a tour operator with a focus on inbound tourism.
  • Strong Knowledge of Egypt: In-depth knowledge of Egypt’s history, culture, and key tourist destinations.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to interact professionally and efficiently with French-speaking clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Strong ability to manage unexpected situations and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Customer-Oriented: A genuine passion for creating exceptional travel experiences for clients.
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tours and clients simultaneously.
