Inspect the final product to make sure it has been built in compliance with legal standards and meets customer expectations.
The goal is to help preserve our reputation by ensuring that our products and services are capable to drive sustainable growth.
Devise and review specifications for products or processes,
Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance,
Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards,
Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements,
Approve the right products or reject defectives,
Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis,
Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives,
lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures
Create tests for quality control of products
Disassemble wooding product parts to inspect them individually
Direct assembly adjustments to ensure operations reflect quality standards

Must be knowledgeable of Textile and furniture manufacturing processes and physical characteristics of wood and textile.
Must be knowledgeable of finishing processes and possess the ability to establish acceptable color ranges.
Must be knowledgeable of the Quality tools used to monitor the process and make improvements.
can identify improvements and implement them.
Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills, along with exceptional interpersonal skills.
Must be proficient with computer applications including Microsoft Office
Must be focused and attentive to details.
Must be able to function with interruptions and deadlines.
Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple priorities.
Two-year college degree in a relevant field is required. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
4+ years of experience in quality control, preferably within the furniture or cabinet industry.
Experience with or strong knowledge of furniture and textile manufacturing processes.
