Job Description
- Responsible for day to day operations related to imports of goods.
- Communicate with foreign suppliers in order to fulfill all order requests.
- Tracking shipments and following up clearance.
- Update records on ERP system for purchased process.
- Continuously update the suppliers' price lists and distribution agreements.
- Placing orders to suppliers and coordinates between the supplier and forwarding companies to ensures on-time delivery of all shipments.
- Monitor the shipping and tracking updates for incoming shipments and send the standard tracking data to the logistics responsible
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. of Commerce or a relevant field.
- 1:3 years of experience as a Procurement Specialist (Outdoor) ,Industrial field is preferable.
- Oracle’s user preferable.
- Industrial Experience is preferable.
- Full awareness of the registration steps on NAFEZA platform, Cargo X requirements for the foreign suppliers and ACID no. generating process.
- Location between New Cairo HQ & 10th of Ramadan Factory
