Job Description
- Perform a full lifecycle design development, BOQ surveys and specifications
- Review the design calculations needed for projects
- BIM Modeling and coordination for all projects using BIM software (e.g. Revit, Navisworks,..)
- Supervise the shop drawings and MEP coordination issues.
- Prepare product reports and documentation
- Engage in lifelong learning and develop new theories or methods
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the power sector.
- Proficiency in Autocad, Elite and HAP.
- Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) for mechanical design and BIM coordination with other disciplines . (Revit is Mandatory)
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles; HVAC, Firefighting and plumbing designs abd codes
- Experience with mechanical testing equipment and techniques.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., NFPA, ASHRAE, IBC, SBC, .. etc)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
