Job Description
A- Regional Cooperation:
- Liaison with global & regional teams regarding advertising campaigns & seasonal promotions.
- To share market insights, key economic indicators, religious / cultural pros & cons with the global team to develop an effective communication for the target customers.
B- Media Management:
- To formulate and implement media activity across the media in order to raise awareness, drive business and enhance brand reputation
- Negotiate with Media Buying House. Devise the media strategy and to execute effective media mix
- Editing and developing adaptations of television commercials and music /audio files for the campaign.
- To ensure that all media communications (i.e. press, radio TV, website, online/social media activity) is integrated with marketing and other strategic campaigns
- Disseminating all the copies of the TVCs to the relevant TV channels/publications and compiling analysis of media reports.
- Reconcile media invoices and agency bills.
- Production of localized TVCs and Animated Function Video, from concept to final TVC/Video.
C- Event Management (Launch & Media Events):
- Manage legal contract negotiations and execution (while protecting brand’s interest) with agencies/vendors.
- Planning of events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
- Negotiate with and source the vendors and suppliers.
- Supervising all operations. Covering 360-degree aspects of the entire event.
- Selection of talent pool, finalizing celebrity list and event agenda.
- Coordinating simultaneously with event managers, hospitality partners, banquet staff, caterers and with local teams.
- Ensuring minimum gate crashing by deploying and coordinating with security teams at the entrances
- To utilize the latest tools, metrics and techniques; advising on new trends and best practice
- Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
- Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports
D- PR & Strategic Partnerships/Sponsorships:
- Liaison with Print & Electronic Media & News Portals. Maintaining a cordial relation with the stakeholders.
- Coordinate all public relations activities
- Leveraging existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts.
- Create content for press releases, byline articles and reports.
- Monitor, analyze and compiling PR reports on regular basis.
- Maintain cordial relations with media and celebrities and take leverage of video shout outs and picture stories on Instagram Facebook etc. Keeping an eye on the popular sports events/programs for collaboration.
