Travel Agent
- Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds.
- Deal with “EMD” Refund application
- Experience with IATA portal
- Meet profit and sales targets
- Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate travel dates, costs and accommodations
- Cash receipts
- Trust account statement reconciliations,
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Travel Agent
- Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems, GDS systems and e-travelling
- Strong sales skills and commercial awareness
- Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends
- attention to detail and accuracy
- Communication Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
