Learning Designer responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality learning experiences that meet the needs of our organization and its employees. You will work closely with subject matter experts to analyze learning needs, design instructional materials, and implement effective training solutions. Additionally, you will facilitate training sessions and workshops to ensure successful knowledge transfer and skill development across various teams.
