Role Description
The Freelance Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging potential candidates for various roles within the company. Daily tasks include conducting interviews, assessing candidate qualifications, and collaborating with hiring managers to fill positions efficiently.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Experience in sourcing and recruiting candidates
- Fluency in English to be able to evaluate the candidates
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of recruitment platforms and techniques
- Understanding of the travel and tourism industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
