Job Description

  • Act as the direct focal point between the company and the client to ensure information alignment and customer focus. 
    • Identify potential markets, handle approaching clients, and compile lists that describe service offerings to seek interested customers to invest within the company.
    • Arrange meetings and conduct presentations with the client, and communicate to the relevant stakeholders the service application needed to expand the company’s business. 
    • Handle the Request for Proposal (RFP) (that includes all the clients’ inquiries, requests, clarifications, and documentations) in order to reach the highest customer engagement.
    • Monitor market trends and initiate market research studies to analyze the business findings to compete in the market. 
    • Coordinate the Request for Quotation (RFQ) between the Tender department and the client to facilitate and smooth effective communication between the two parties. 
    • Carry out site visits (during the tendering phase) to ensure the location conditions are appropriate for starting the business. 
    • Preparing of technical and financial proposals for clients.
    • Provide marketing generated leads, sales opportunities and business development 
    • Develop a growth strategy focused on the company’s business development work expansion and customer satisfaction. 
    • Working to increase the company's investments by opening new business fields. 
    • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
    • Analyze existing and potential markets to identify and secure business development opportunities. 
    • Prepare effective proposals, presentations, demonstrations and sales tool on business development opportunities for management. 
    • Establish and maintain a customer relations management database. 
    • Develop good Clients relationship by personal visits, phone calls, follow-ups, e-mails etc.
    • Maintain strong relationship with customers for future business growth.
    • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering (Architecture,Civil).
  • Experience in consulting or contracting companies is highly prefer .
