Job Description

  • Monitor the actual cost including the productivity rate of manpower and equipment, percentage of wasted material and comparison between subcontractor budget and actual cost.
  • Prepare estimate budget at completion analysis to clarify the variance between the estimate at completion and first budget cost.
  • Follow up on all projects schedule and provide solutions to all obstacles to achieve the required completion date
  • Compare between the actual cost and booked cost released from financial cost balance
  • Send the indirect cost per month compared with the cost plan in order to track the budget stated in the plan and take corrective actions.
  • issuing a daily report on the status of projects “productivity, repairs, and breakdown.
  • Contacting with Planning team for any change between actual work in the workshop and planned one on daily basis for analysis.

 

Job Requirements

  •  Bachelor degree in Civil or Architecture Engineering with 5-7 years of Experience 
  • Technically strong in project cost planning, procurement, and reporting. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and meticulousness. 
  • Negotiation skills with vendors & subcontractors – interpersonal skill 
  • MS office, Primavera, AutoCAD is a plus.
