Job Description
- Implement integrations requested by customers
- Deploy updates and fixes
- Provide Level 2 technical support
- Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
- Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems
- Perform root cause analysis for production errors
- Investigate and resolve technical issues
- Develop scripts to automate visualization
- Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
Job Requirements
- BSc. of Engineering / Computer Science / Information Systems.
- 1-3 years of experience in Presales of software and IT industry.
- Must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English & Arabic.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent technical writing skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Good knowledge of DevOps Engineering tools and platforms (such as GitLab).
- Good Knowledge of LINUX OS (SUSE, RedHat, CentOS, Ubuntu, Oracle, etc..).
- Good Knowledge of Kubernetes & container technologies.
- Knowledge of cloud service platforms such as AWS, Google, and Azure.
- Ability to use tools like Git, Jenkins, and Docker.
- Knowledge in developing and maintaining CI/CD tools and pipelines.
- Ability to use a wide variety of open-source technologies and tools.
