Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced MEAN Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack development, with a focus on MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js technologies. As a MEAN Stack Senior Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining innovative web applications that meet our clients' needs.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team in implementing best practices for MEAN stack development.
- Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js technologies.
- Architecture and Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and architect robust and scalable solutions that meet business requirements.
- Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards. Perform thorough testing to identify and fix bugs and ensure application reliability.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for the projects, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and API specifications.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in MEAN stack development and propose improvements to enhance the efficiency and performance of the applications.
- Problem Solving: Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing innovative solutions to resolve them effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver solutions on time.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer with expertise in MEAN stack technologies +5 years
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
- Experience with database design and development using MongoDB database.
- Proficiency in server-side programming with Node.js and Express.js.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular 2+.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
