Skills And Tools:
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed through (emails - chat)
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward clients at all times
- Acknowledging and resolving clients complaints
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
- Keeping records of clients interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Bachelor degree.
- Experience in nonvoice support (chat/email) or similar role
- Familiarity with our industry is a plus
- Experience using help desk and support tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Patience when handling tough cases
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Excellent English level.
