Job Description
- Handle the maintenance in the workshop.
- Adjust the workloads of employees to match their skills and abilities.
- Handle diagnosis and preliminary diagnosis on vehicles using corresponding diagnosis tools and aids.
- Document diagnosis methods and processes.
- Contact the customer for additional information on the malfunction.
- Provide the service technicians with an accurate description of the reasons for returning the vehicle to them and assist/guide them to solve the problem.
- Contact technical support department in case of complex technical problems
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is a MUST; preferably Automotive major.
- 0– 3 years of experience
- Heliopolis, New Cairo, Sherouk/Obour City residents are preferred.
- Very strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Mature, reliable, and self-motivated.
- Very good command of spoken and written English language.
- Good computer skills.
- Excellent analytical thinking.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Organized, dynamic, flexible, trustful and customer oriented.
