-Salary 8200 gross ( 7200 gross - 1000 kpis )
-Social & Medical insurance.
-Availability to join staff after 2:3 years
-2700 transportation allowance - bonus and profit share
Responsibilities:
The job duties of a bank customer service representative :
-Answer questions about account types and banking products, such as CDs, money market accounts, loans and credit cards
-Check on the status of customer accounts and track checks and payments
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as call center or similar supervisory position
- Experience in customer service is essential
- Proficient in English
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Tech savvy with knowledge of telephone equipment and relevant computer programs
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
- A results-oriented approach
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure
