Job Description

  • Proven work experience as a senior administrative assistant, virtual assistant or executive administrative assistant
  • In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations.
  • Taking minutes of meetings for board members and management team.
  • Hands on experience with MS Office, especially Advanced Excel.
  • In-depth knowledge in using different automated programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong Strategic, Analytical & Time Management Skills.
  • Perform periodical Analytical Reports on Weekly basis.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Pharmaceutical, Foreign Trade or English Literature of English Commerce/Alsun.
  • +15 Years Experience as CEO or Chairman Executive Assistant, preferably at Hospitals.
  • Bilingual English/Arabic.
  • Excellent Translation Skills (Medical Terminology is a plus.
