Job Description
•Provide technical support for hardware and software systems used throughout the company, including troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.
•Ensure the proper functioning of the company's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and Wi-Fi access points.
•Assist employees with IT-related problems, including computer setup, software installations, and login issues.
•Perform routine maintenance and upgrades of computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
•Keep track of IT inventory, including hardware and software licenses, and make recommendations for procurement as needed.
•Maintain documentation related to IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
Job Requirements
•Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
•1-3 years of experience in a similar IT support role
•Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, knowledge of Windows and other operating systems, familiarity with network protocols, and basic understanding of cybersecurity.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
•Excellent verbal and written skills in English
•Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to resolve IT issues quickly.
•Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments.
